my new love

It’s serenely quiet, I’ve passed maybe 6 cars and less than 10 people, yes I’m in Paris…..but its 2am and I’m on the velib…..its bliss!  I’ve been seduced onto the bikes……I took the plunge…..B is teaching me the ropes, ‘you’ll be scared at first but you’ll learn to love it’…..

So thrilling to meander along the busy boulevards without the busyness, to feel the breeze as you curl around the corner, to whoosh by those late night walkers…..

I’m plucking up the courage and soon I’ll mingle with cars and buses but right now I love Paris at night and having the streets to myself…..
